Salary: Up to $3,400 + Payable OT Hours + AWS + Attractive Performance Bonus + Staff benefits
Location: Changi Business Park
Shift Allowance: $8 per shift (11am-830pm)
Working Hours: 5 days work, rotating Shift ( 6am to 330pm or 11am to 830pm)
For shift hour 6am to 330pm: Reimbursement for 1 way cab transport to start work
Salary will commensurate according to Candidates\' Work Experience
Responsibilities:
Manage cases in line with the key directive of Assist First, Verify Later
Demonstrate an understanding of all key clients\' Operations and Billings Procedures
To be the first point of contact for members, end users, clients, service providers and colleagues
To manage an allocated load of cases within the shift and ensure that it is communicated appropriately and efficiently in the transmission handover
Ensure that sufficient logistic arrangements are made in timely and appropriate manner
Escalate cases and requests as per company protocols
Organize the full range of medical and security services for clients, utilizing the internal resources and external correspondents.
Carry out any other reasonable duties as requested by the manager.
Requirement:
Diploma or equivalent
Min 1-2 years working experience
Experience in call centers, assistance companies and/or hospitality industry an advantage
