Customer Service for Luxury BrandWorking hours: Monday - Sunday 10am-9pm(8- 9 hours rotating shift) with 2 days offLocation: OrchardYou will be joining one of Asia's Largest BPO Contact Centre, and they serve many companies which include companies in the Airlines, FMCG, Retail, IT and Government Sectors. - In-charge of handling the calls for Luxury Brand enquiries through the phone.
- Handle inbound inquiries and feedback to customers over the phone or via emails
- Conducting simple troubleshooting and providing accurate advice to the callers.
- Perform outbound calls to follow-up and update customers.
- Support work, which includes ticket submissions, administrative duties etc.
- Passion for Customer Service and are able to present themselves professionally through the phone.
- Minimum GCE N Level and above
- 1 Years' Experience in Call Centre Environment / Customer Service/Hotels is an added advantage
- Knowledge in Telephone Etiquette, Customer Service
- Candidate must be able to speak English and Mandarin to communicate with Mandarin speaking clients
- Working hours Monday - Sunday 10am-9pm(8- 9 hours rotating shift) with 2 days off
