Job Description


Duration: 6months Contract

Location : Changi

:

Taking stock of complaint logs from system.

Preparation and sending out of daily morning escalation email.

Follow-up with various stakeholders to ensure proper resolution provided as per TAT.

Preparation of MIS with complete details for all closed cases, daily/weekly/monthly.

Preparation of data for various weekly / monthly reporting\xe2\x80\x99s.

Assist the unit in various Client Obsession Activities, Weekly newsletter, CO Week event, Client Center, etc. as required.
