Job Description


The incumbert will support the Retail Manager in delivering an outstanding customer service experience to visitors. He / She will support the retail team in maintaining a consistent and exceptional standard across retail locations, ensuring that the boutique is always presented at its highest standards.

Adecco is partnering with a renowned Swiss Luxury Retail Company.

Responsibilities:

1. Customer Service:

  • Manage boutique phone calls and emails, ensuring prompt and efficient responses.
  • Screen and redirect calls, assign emails to the appropriate Sales Associates, and handle in-person customer interactions.
2. Customer Experience:
  • Provide excellent customer service by welcoming and assisting customers.
  • Connect customers with retail staff based on scheduled appointments, manage arrival and departure procedures, and maintain the boutique\'s front area.
3. Administrative:
  • Act as the key contact for client appointments.
  • Handle calendar updates, meeting scheduling, and assist in roster planning.
  • Monitor and report daily boutique traffic data, ensuring accurate CRM data capture.
  • Track and manage the inventory of welcome materials, notifying relevant personnel for replenishment needs.
Requirements:
  • Min. 1 year customer facing / handling experience.
  • Strong communication skills in spoken English.
  • Customer service drive with outstanding communication and active listening skills
  • Possess a passion / interest in luxury retail or fashion
  • Able to work on retail hours, rotating weekend and public holidays
  • Candidates with experience from Airline, Hospitality or Retail are an advantage
