Customer Service - Intern (Responsibilities)
Assist in responding to customer enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and chat
Maintain excellent communication and service standards
Update CRM and customer records after interactions
Assist managers with day-to-day administrative duties
Maintain records & support internal systems/tools
Help with basic research & office coordination tasks
Deliver items and collect documents/products from suppliers and clients when required
Any ad-hoc customer support duties as assigned
