Job Responsibilities:
- Give constant direction to team members to ensure that all customer inquiries are rightfully attended to on time
- Give detailed statistical feedback on the performance of team members to the management for staff evaluation and reward purposes
- Provide assistance to team members whom are experiencing difficulties in the discharge of their duties by putting them through and giving them personal coaching
- Delegate different customer service duties to team members to ensure a faster and smoother flow of operation through the division of labour
- Create and implement work procedures
- Provide administrative support as and when required.
- Min Diploma with relevant experience
- Min 3-year experience in customer service and team lead
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, customer and service-oriented
- Team player with good initiative
