Job Responsibilities:
Give constant direction to team members to ensure that all customer inquiries are rightfully attended to on time
Give detailed statistical feedback on the performance of team members to the management for staff evaluation and reward purposes
Provide assistance to team members whom are experiencing difficulties in the discharge of their duties by putting them through and giving them personal coaching
Delegate different customer service duties to team members to ensure a faster and smoother flow of operation through the division of labour
Create and implement work procedures
Provide administrative support as and when required.
Job Requirements:
Min Diploma with relevant experience
Min 3-year experience in customer service and team lead
Good interpersonal and communication skills, customer and service-oriented
Team player with good initiative
