Job Description





    • Respond promptly and in a professional manner to sales associates/customers/distributors\' concerns and issues related to their orders and inquiries, e.g. price and product inquiries, etc.
    • Ensure effective customer service and relations through prompt processing of sales orders and timely delivery of quality products.
    • Ensure every order is executed as a Perfect Order. 6. Prompt response to sales associates/distributors/customers on issues or related such as orders, deliveries and documentation inquiries, etc.
    • Working closely with sales and customers to finalize order requirements and closure of sales orders.
    • Coordinating with cross-functional departments to meet shipment requirements, inventory targets as well as addressing any related concerns and issues in order to execute the orders.
    • Meeting special needs, requests from customers.




Requirement:
  • Minimum 2 years relevant experience
  • Working knowledge of SAP system and proficient in Microsoft\xc2\xae Office tools and related
software
