Industry : European MNC Industrial Electrical Equipment SupplyLocation: West Region SingaporeWork Week: 5 DaysThe Internal Sales Manager is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by managing all internal sales functions, including the technical and disciplinary leadership of the internal sales team (Sales Support, Quotations, and Order Management). This role focuses on optimizing internal sales processes, ensuring organizational efficiency, and driving continuous improvement in line with market demands. The Internal Sales Manager will also develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure team efficiency and performance, minimizing errors and ensuring alignment with business goals.Key Responsibilities:

  • Capacity Planning: Manage workload distribution to ensure optimal team performance.
  • Process Adherence: Ensure that all internal sales processes are followed, and identify opportunities to improve and adapt workflows.
  • Process Improvement: Lead the creation and enhancement of processes and work instructions, including participation in the development of new procedures.
  • Team Management: Oversee team performance based on established key metrics.
  • Lean Management: Implement lean management principles to optimize workflows and efficiency.
  • Internal Controls Compliance: Ensure adherence to internal control systems, including signature and approval regulations.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Conduct regular analysis of customer satisfaction to identify areas for improvement.
  • Optimization of Sales Interface: Work on improving pricing, discount strategies, and overall hit rates in direct business.
  • Efficiency Focus: Ensure the team adopts efficient and productive work methods.
Education & Experience Requirements:
  • Degree in Electrical/Electronic or Instrumentation Engineering, Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
Skills & Competencies:
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • A customer-focused mindset with an emphasis on accuracy, responsiveness, and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in office management tools (MS Office, MS Project, SAP, Salesforce).
  • Ability to handle high-pressure environments.
  • Willingness to travel when needed.
