Working days: 5 days work week (shift schedule)

4 weekdays: 11am-8pm, 1 weekend (Saturday): 9am-6pm

Salary: S$3200-S$3800

Location: Bukit Merah Central (Near Tiong Bahru MRT)

Job Scope
  • Facilitate student enrolment.
  • Be well-versed in the knowledge and understanding of the academy\'s service and product feature releases.
  • Communicate customer\'s feedback to internal/external stakeholders to champion new processes to better serve our customers.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers at all times.
  • Transiting potential clients into existing clientele portfolio.
  • Manage complaints professionally over several platforms e.g., phone calls, email, face-to-face, etc.
  • To facilitate in the inventory management.
  • To assist with the facilitation of the events management with regards to the communication with the gymnasts, parents, vendors, external companies, etc.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the counter, coach resting area, studios, etc.
  • Assist the Clients Relation Manager with the liaising of building management team on any maintenance and repair related matters.
  • To take one\'s initiative on the proposal of improving the existing workflow and/or CRM system.
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of customer service related experience in any industry, preferably hospitality, aviation, retail or early childhood industry.
  • Diploma in Business or equivalent.
