Working Hours: Monday - Saturday, 8:30 AM - 6:30 PM
Salary:
$3,000 - $3500/month
We are looking for a
Customer Service Manager
to join our growing car detailing team.Key Responsibilities
Greet and serve walk-in customers with professionalism. Provide updates to customers on the progress of their car detailing services via WhatsApp. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality. Assist in coordinating customer drop-offs and pickups (ability to drive is an advantage). Handle customer inquiries and follow up promptly.
Requirements
MUST be fluent in
English and Chinese
(both spoken and written). Presentable, well-spoken, and customer-oriented. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Able to work independently and as part of a team. Driving experience is a plus.What We Offer
