As our Customer Service Manager Singapore you lead CS Team (Care and Support Team) of 5 persons based in our Asia commercial & application hub in Singapore as well as one functional report in China.

Responsibilities

  • Manage CS Team (Care and Support Team) total 5 persons + 1 indirect reporting staff in China
  • Hands On - Daily Order Processing
  • Ensure All Customer Service KPIs are met :
  • Order Fulfillment - CS team enter orders into system and order confirmation send to customer in timely manner and to comply with ISO standard.
  • all orders are checked against forecast, inventory and price before order entry
  • Support sales with small order quotation
  • Correctness of the documents provided by the shipping line and 3rd parties authority. All shipping documents prepare and submit to customer/bank according to the offered payment term and countries requirement.
  • Sample to be sent to customer based on sales request
  • Ensure contract uploaded into Effects as and when require.
  • Ensure request in customer portal is being taken care of
  • Work closely with other stakeholders:
  • logistic team from respective plant for shipment arrangement and update customer on shipment details or vessel delay
  • Sales Directors - Monitor all open orders closely and ensure timely shipment. Daily monitoring of open orders
  • Prepare monthly report , weekly open order risk report, keep Sales director informed on the order/ shipment risk.
  • Attend to standard customer questionnaires and specific statement/certificate enquiry. To work closely with QA department to fulfill customer enquiry.
  • First point of contact for customer
  • Work closely with Sales Team - main contact point
  • Work closely with demand planning team.
  • Provide Induction program for new colleague.
  • Quartely Internal Control Self Assessment
  • Assign to project when necessary.
Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in a Customer Service position in B2B industry.
  • Proven experience leading people.
  • Good knowledge of ERP systems. SAP S/4 Hana experience is advantageous.
  • Experience in the manufacturing / supply chain industry preferred.
  • Ability to work under pressure of delivery times, focused attention.
  • Capable of working with Microsoft Applications.
