Our client is a reputable food distributor and supplier to numerous restaurants and hotels across Singapore. With a track record of close to 24 years in the industry, they have since expanded their operations to hold over 5 business units and have been acquired by one of the largest food distribution companies in Japan. They are seeking for a dedicated Customer Service professional to join their team.

They are seeking for a dedicated Customer Service professional to join their team.

Job Details:

• Urgent hiring
• Location: Jalan Buroh (Company Transport provided @Jurong East/Lakside)
• Working hours: 5 day work week (8.30am - 6pm), PH and Weekends (when rostered)
• Salary: Basic up to $2,600 + AWS + Staff Benefits

Responsibilities

Reporting directly to the customer service executive, the incumbent is responsible for:

• Creating and maintaining customer accounts by recording accurate customer information
• Checking orders and invoices
• Resolving product and service issues from customers
• Communicating with colleagues from various departments for resolution of issues
• Reporting of product replacements, credit notes, and invoice amendments

The Talent

• At least 1 year of relevant experience in a similar industry will be advantageous
• Proficiency in using the Navision system will be advantageous
• Entry level candidates are welcome to apply (training provided)
• Ability to communicate in Chinese language to liaise with native Chinese speaking counterparts
• Able to work on weekends & PH (when rostered)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
• Strong work ethic (positive, willing to learn)
• Organized and meticulous
• Good team player
