The Talent

• Minimum GCE 'N/O' level with at least 3 years' relevant experience.
• A pleasant personality with good spoken communication and customer service skills are essential
• Team player with ability to work independently
• At least 1-2 years of working experience in shopping mall environment will be preferred
• Candidates with experience in shopping centres or service industry are encouraged to apply

The Job

• Managing the customer service counter i.e phone call, direction
• Attending to shoppers' enquiries / feedback
• Assisting in Advertising & Promotions activities such as issuing of contest coupons / gift vouchers, photos taking
• Handling gift redemptions, car park coupons redemption
• administrative duties such as data entry, filing
• any other duties as assigned
