  • Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives
  • Build sustainable relationships and engage customers
  • Keep records of all conversations in our ops center databases
  • Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative

Job Requirements
  • Min. Higher Nitec in any service-oriented field
  • Min. 1-year experience in a customer support role
  • Familiar with CRM systems and practice
  • Able to work under pressure, adapt and respond quickly
  • Good interpersonal skill and communication skills
