Working days & hours: 5 days, Mon-Fri: 8am - 5:30pm
Salary: $2,000 - $2,200
Location: Jurong East (Shuttle bus pick up from JE or Lakeside at 7.15am)
Job Scope:
- Create and maintain customer accounts by recording accounts information.
- Checking of orders, products price & Invoices.
- Resolve products or service problems by clarifying the customer\'s complaint and communicate with all level of departments to resolve the issue.
- Reporting of products replacement, credit note, invoice amendments Communicate with logistic, delivery & buyers.
- Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
- Meet personal or Team sales targets and zero (0) loss of orders.
- Providing appropriate solutions and alternatives to customers within the time limits and follow up to ensure problem has been resolved.
- Suggest solutions when products are out of stock Inform customers of deals and promotions
