Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Handle enquiry from the customer
- Assist customer on their booking and reservation
- Providing a good customer service to the customer
- Assist in collecting payment
- Generation report at the end of the day
- GCE 'N' Level
- Minimum 1 year of front-end customer service experience
- Experience in the hotel/resort industry will have added advantageous
- Able to perform shift duties and work on weekends/public holidays
