Attend to walk-in customers, call-in customers, and email-in customers.
Follow through with customer requests (enquiry, quotation, confirm artwork, place order, delivery, and repeat order).
Support outdoor sales personnel.
Prepare invoices for all printed products and key in daily order in the company accounting system.
Any other ad hoc duties assigned by the supervisor.
