Job Description
- Industry/ Organization Type: Logistics/ Freight Forwarding
- Position Title: Customer Service Executive/ Customer Service Officer
- Working Location: Tanjong Pagar
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 am \xe2\x80\x93 6 pm
- Salary: Up to $3,800 + AWS
- Duration: Permanent Role
- Handling of phone/ email enquiries and bookings. Provide quotation to the customer.
- Arrange bookings with carrier / co-loader / transporter.
- Handle a full spectrum of import and export documentation.
- Handle billing, costings and ensure prompt invoicing to customers.
- Liaise with carriers, feeder operators, vendors, overseas agents and customers.
- Experience in handling DG Declaration, Portnet and Tradenet usage.
- Any other ad-hoc duties when required.
- Minimum GCE \xe2\x80\x9cO\xe2\x80\x9d level and above
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in a freight forwarding company.
- Proficiency in MS Office
