This position will be part of the team to enhance shoppers' experiences through good customer service at HarbourFront Centre.
Job Responsibilities

Providing mall concierge services.
Attending to shoppers' queries.
Assisting customers in loyalty programmes and mall redemption programmes.
Attend and respond to feedback received within the stipulated timeline.
Conduct housekeeping duties at Customer Service counter.
Job Requirements
--------------------
Minimum GCE 'N' Level.
At least 1 year of relevant experience in a retail or hospitality industry.
Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Required to work on a 5-day work week, with 2 rotating shifts including weekends and Public Holidays.
