Our client is a US Biotech MNC, one of the largest players in the Science industry. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting for Customer Service Officer/Admin to be part of their team for daily operational needs This is a 6 Months Contract (Convertible) role. They are located in Science Park \xe2\x80\x93 Walking distance from the MRT station.
Duties
- Answering to call customers and clients enquiries and escalate them to relevant departments.
- Transferring of phone calls to the relevant department.
- Answer all clients\' inquiries regarding Quotations and Orders
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
- Possess minimally a Nitec with customer service experience
