Job Description
Your Role
We are looking for a Customer Service Officer to ensure all project and gift redemptions are executed according to clients\' requirements.
What Will You Do
- To ensure all project and gift redemptions are executed according to clients\' requirements.
- To serve as first point of contact for customers checking for eligibility, walk-in, or hotline.
- To record all items going in and out of the redemption centre/office/offsite into the system.
- To understand requirements of clients and communicate with them and the team.
- To verify customers\' eligibility against clients\' requirements of project.
- To do data-entry of required particulars into system.
- To dispense product to eligible customers.
- To coordinate with various vendors/stakeholders to ensure fulfilment of client requirements to satisfaction.
- To ensure all inventory are updated and accurate at the end of each business day.
- To send weekly or monthly inventory report to clients.
- At least a min GCE \'N\' or \'O\' Level
- Good knowledge in Microsoft Words and Excel.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Comfortable to work 5.5 days
