  • Document All Calls and Actions Taken Into Company Centre-Systems
  • Respond to All Incoming Calls In An Efficient and Professional Manner Regarding the Customers Issues On Service Contracts Renewal / New Service Contracts On I.T. - In-House Security Systems Needs for Homes and Businesses.
