1. Attending to work permit holders on banking products available to them 2. Attend to email and phone queries from workers and their employers 3. Participate in events/roadshows on Sundays, publi 1. Participate in events/roadshows on Sundays, public holidays and/or any other days as required 4. Conduct surveys as required 5. Comply with applicable internal and regulatory guidelines and requirements of the bank 6. Achieve high standard of customer satisfaction and service quality. 7. Any duties assigned relating to the Work Permit Segment This job require to communicate with foreign workers in Bengali or Mandarin. It is 5.5 days work week.
