The Job

Your Responsibilities will include:
  • Provide professional phone & email support to banking clients
  • Provide solutions to accounts and product-related queries, support clients with banking requirements
  • Cross-sell products to new and existing clients
  • Handle administrative tasks and ad-hoc duties
Ideal Candidate

Skills Required:
  • Diploma/Degree in Banking/Finance or related discipline
  • Preferably 1-2 years experience in a call-centre environment
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Detailed and organized, able to multitask
