  • 5 Days Work Week
  • 3 months contract from Oct 2024 to Jan 2025
  • Convenient location - 2 mins walk from Paya Lebar MRT
The Talent
  • No experience required as training will be provided
  • Min N/O Levels
  • Able to speak professional and patient towards customers
  • Able to handle fast paced environment
  • Respond to customer inquiries via Emails in a clear, concise, and comprehensive manner within service level
  • Gather customer feedback and sentiments and escalate to the relevant parties for further actions
  • Ensure proper documentation, notification, escalation, tracking and follow up of all interactions with customers
  • Liaise with other support teams as required to resolve requests/issues in a timely manner
  • Handle calls when necessary
