Job Description
Working environment
- Call-centre environment
- Requires to work on weekends
- Off day on public holidays
- Office Hour, 8.00am \xe2\x80\x93 5.30pm
- Attend to enquiries via incoming calls and email
- Provide professional response when assisting customer\'s enquires
- Ensure conversation with customer is following the standard operation procedure
- Maintain positive and helpful approach in interactions with all customers
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned by Team Leaders or Supervisors
- Diploma in any discipline
- Experience in call centre environment will be an added advantage
