Office Hour / 5 Days Work Week (including weekends)
Responsibilities
Attend to enquiries via hotline or other channel eg email
Handle inbound and outbound calls, and sometimes email
Proper recording of conversation with customer in the CRM system
Achieve / Exceed individual and team KPIs set by the management
Maintain a positive and helpful approach in interactions with all customers
Any other related ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
Possess at least 1 year of Call Centre / Customer Service experiences
No experience are welcome to apply & training will be provided
Good communications and interpersonal skills
Customer service oriented
Good team player and able to work independently with minimal supervision
Able to work on weekends (Will have some weekend off)

Working Hour: Office Hour / 5 Day Work Week (including weekends)

Salary: Up to $3100/mth + OT + AWS + VB
