Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers by answering and suggesting about product and service inquiries
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  • Handle sales documentations
  • Administrative and Reporting
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer\'s complaints
  • Manage incoming telephone calls and emails
  • Responsible for data entry
  • Handle sales payment - Credit card, Nets, cheques and online shopping
  • Perform any ad-hoc duties deemed appropriate by Branch Manager
Requirements:
  • Minimum Olevels
  • Good interpersonal skills and willing to learn
