Job Description
Our client is a well known property MNC, with assets ranging from residential, commercial to retail. Currently they are looking for Customer Service Officer to join their leasing team. They are located in the Central – easily accessible.
Responsibilities
- Attend to shoppers’ enquiries / feedback
- Assist in Advertising & Promotions activities such as issuing of contest coupons / gift vouchers
- Handling gift redemptions
- Administrative duties and any other duties
- Willing to commit to shift arrangement - including weekends and public holidays
- Good communication skills
- Min 1 year of customer service experience
