Customer Service Officer Working Day : 5 days work week [ 4 weekday, 1 weekend ] Working Timing: Morning shift [ 8.45am - 4.45pm ] | Afternoon shift [ 1.30pm - 9pm ] by schedule Location: Novena S Customer Service Officer Working Day : 5 days work week [ 4 weekday, 1 weekend ] Working Timing: Morning shift [ 8.45am - 4.45pm ] | Afternoon shift [ 1.30pm - 9pm ] by schedule Location: Novena Salary : $2500 - $3200 Job Responsibilities: . Attending to course enquiries . Following up with customers and liaising with teachers on course bookings and scheduling course coordination . Updating students' records and data base . Processing enrolments, changes and terminations of students . Tracking students' monthly payments . Issuance of payment reminders on outstanding payments . Providing sales support . Assisting in events organized by the Conservatory . Any other duties as assigned by the management
