Follow up on customer request, appointment, enquires, call, complaints and confirmation promptly
To make cold call and any new leads call provided by the company
Re-confirm customer's appointment a day before their treatment
To follow-up service call to customer after treatment (three days)
Responsible to deliver and provide Quality Services
Daily data entry for customers, staff and print report for compilation
To ensure the cleanliness standards at reception area
Issuing of invoices and service rendering
Generation of daily reports
Assist in general administrative duties
Preparing and issue of relevant documents, printing and filing as well as inventory control
Perform any other ad-hoc duties and other matters as assigned by the Company
