We are looking for Customer Service Officer (Digital Support) to join our growing team.Responsibilities :
Proactive and swift follow up of new leads from whatsapp, texts, emails, social media, calls etc to secure new appointments for the clinic
Digital registration of new patients
Digital administration of patient questionnaire required
Provide a consistent, appropriate and professional voice for the company through digital support channels in a timely manner
Communicate politely and timely with customers on their enquiries, requests and/or complaints via the digital support channels and convert each engagement into a positive customer experience.
Address all applicable engagements at first point of contact to avoid repetitive returned enquiries from both traditional and digital channels.
Provide effective service recovery in addressing customer's needs by ensuring compliance to service recovery procedures and minimizing overhead/costs through corrective actions
Support in other administration duties assigned by the manager
Part-time / Flexi hour work arrangements are available for suitable candidates
Skills required:
Min. GCE 'N' or 'O' Level / Diploma
Proven experience of answering new leads through whatsapp / emails/ calls and securing new appointments at the outlet
Customer service background in aesthetics clinic, beauty and hospitality will be an advantage
Past work experience in Aesthetic/ Beauty/ Wellness/ Retail industry will be an advantage
Able to write well in professional English to answer enquiries from leads through various platforms
Team player
Result oriented
Excellent customer service skills
Able to use Microsoft word and excel
Comfortable in handling IT systems and devices (i.e. Laptop, printer, mobile) - you will need to use them daily
