Job Description

Responsibilities:

Engage proactively with clients to recommend, promote, and sell appropriate scalp, hair, and lifestyle products. Manage appointment scheduling, including confirmations, rescheduling, and reminders, to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Identify cross-sell opportunities during customer interaction. Operate the Point-of-Sale (POS) system and handle payment transactions accurately. Provide prompt and professional resolution to client feedback or concerns. Work closely with the team - stylists, hair assistants, and support staff - to ensure seamless service and efficient salon operations.

We're Looking For:

A client-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service. Previous experience in retail, luxury service, or client advisory roles is an advantage. Strong communication skills with fluency in English. Ability to multitask and work independently. A warm, approachable personality with confidence in sales and customer engagement.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,000.00 per month
