1. Queue Management: Support the LS/Kadi in managing queues and handling administrative matters.
2. Couple Support: Ensure an excellent customer experience for couples during their solemnisations, including registration, assisting with last-minute changes, and reprinting ceremonial certificates.
3. Crowd Management: Direct crowds and manage the flow of visitors to facilitate operations.
4. Technical Support: Monitor and provide basic technical support for Self-help kiosks.
5. Enquiry Handling: Handle simple enquiries and redirect complex ones to other channels.
6. Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative tasks, such as setting up and closing self-help kiosks and solemnisation rooms, and preparing simple statistical reports.
Qualifications & Skills:
1. Personal Qualities: Cheerful and pleasant disposition, proactive and positive work attitude.
2. Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
3. Independence: Able to work independently.
4. Experience: Prior experience in a customer service role is preferred.
