Roles & Responsibilities
- Managing call handling, delivery coordination & equipment controller
- Order processing process in import, export & transhipment cargo
- Liaise and coordinate with customers/carriers to ensure accuracy in documentation and smooth movement of shipment
- Prepare trucking instruction letter to haulier
- Declare dangerous goods form for shipper and ensure compliance with requirement
- Undertake other tasks assigned by immediate superior
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in shipping and logistics industry
- Monitor equipment/shipment movement from one port to another port
- Check and verify shipping details on documents
- Filling of all relevant paperwork and documents requirement
- Has good organisational and communication skill, reliable, resourceful and initiative
