We welcome passionate and self-motivated individuals for the following positions:


Position: Customer Service Officer / Executive



S$3,600 - $3,800/month



Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm/ Saturday 8:30am to 12:30pm /5.5days/week

Experience Required:



3 to 5 years of relevant experience in customer service or logistics-related roles




Core Responsibilities in Logistics Customer Service





Client Communication & Relationship Management



Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding logistics services + Address inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide timely updates on shipments and inventory
+ Build and maintain strong relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention

Order & Shipment Coordination



Process customer orders and ensure accurate documentation Coordinate with carriers and freight forwarders for booking and dispatch Monitor shipment schedules and delivery timelines to ensure on-time performance

Inventory & Warehouse Oversight



Track inventory levels and ensure stock availability for customer orders Collaborate with warehouse teams to manage inbound and outbound logistics Generate inventory and performance reports for internal and customer review

Internal Coordination



Liaise with operations, warehouse, and transport teams to execute customer requirements Ensure alignment between customer expectations and internal capabilities Escalate and resolve operational issues that may impact service delivery

Documentation & Compliance



Prepare shipping instructions, invoices, and customs documentation Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and company policies Maintain accurate records for audits and reporting purposes

Performance Monitoring & Reporting



Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as delivery accuracy, turnaround time, and customer satisfaction Provide regular updates and reports to management and clients Suggest process improvements based on customer feedback and performance data Strong communication and interpersonal skills



Skills and Qualification



Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Excel Knowledge of supply chain operations and documentation Ability to multitask and manage time effectively Experience in 3PL, freight forwarding, or warehouse operations is a plus Prior

supervisory or managerial experience

Diploma or Degree

in Logistics, Inventory Management, or Customer Relationship Management
