They are looking for a Customer Service officer to join their admin team. This opportunity is great for candidates who wishes to expand their portfolio and join a ever growing organisation. Liaise with customer on order processing, shipment booking, inventory management and others administrative and customer service duties Liaise with freight forwarders / transporters on shipment booking, container trucking schedule, arrange courier and local delivery Attend to customer request and ensure customer satisfaction Ensure proper and timely billing / closing of all jobs in system and forwarded to the Accounting & Finance Department Assist to produce regular warehouse reports for management as and when required Manages customers complains and claims Requirements: Preferably candidates who have 1-2 years of relevant experience Next steps: Prepare your updated resume (please include your current salary package with full breakdown such as base, incentives, annual wage supplement, etc.) and expected package.
