About Rivas-JH Kim Taekwondo School

Established in 2003 in Singapore, Rivas-JH Kim Taekwondo School has now grown to become the premier martial arts school here, with a strong presence in Asia Pacific. We have a rich history and heritage spanning more than 50 years since the very first JH Kim Taekwondo School was set up in Boston by our namesake, Grandmaster Jae Hun KIM.

At our school, we believe in providing a holistic Taekwondo curriculum for all our students, as well as a safe and conducive environment for all martial artists.

We are looking for individuals who are passionate about delivering exemplary service experiences to customers, to join our family here at Rivas-JH Kim Taekwondo Singapore.

Our *Customer Service Representatives* are our frontline staff who enrich the experiences of all those who enter our schools, by providing effective and efficient service and communications to ensure that our students and parents enjoy all that we have to offer.

Job Scope:

- Responding to all enquires (walk-ins, telephone, emails, etc.)

- Follow up promptly with customers to resolve issues

- Manage class bookings

- Process Payments

- Managing administrative work

- Ensure smooth operations of the school

- Excellent conduct to represent and uphold our company's reputation

- Other Ad-hoc Duties assigned

Working Hours:

Tue to Fri: 2pm to 9pm, Sat & Sun: 9am to 7pm, Mondays off.

Job requirements:

- English Speaking

- Able to multi-task and work under minimum supervision in a fast-paced environment

- A polite and cheerful demeanour, who will take the initiative when necessary, to ensure customers' satisfaction and retention
