Providing escalation support to Call Centre Assistants
Attend to patients and family members enquiries.
Liaise between clients and clinical team to deliver optimum level of service to every patients family.
Handling administrative duties and provide on the job trainings to new staff deployed to Call Centre duties.
Retrieve referrals from the Agency for Integrated Care e-Referral system
Convert referrals received into the IHCS
Prepare 2 sets of same referral a comprehensive set for the Nurse and a simplified set for the Social Welfare department.
Hand over both sets of referrals to the Nurse Clinician for triage.
Distribute copy of referral after completion of triage to Social Welfare Department.
Liaise with referring sources, AIC and clinical staffs when required to facilitate the dissemination of information from one organization to another
Assist in scheduling appointments.
Requirements:
\xef\xbb\xbfMinimum \'O\' Level
At least 3 years of relevant work experience
Experience in Call Centre environment
Experience in healthcare will be an advantage
