Hours per week: * Mon to Fri 8.30am - 5.30pm

Location: * Clementi, Southwest, Singapore

Responsibilities:
  • Support daily customer service functions such as attending to email enquiries & calls.
  • Deal with customers and transporters to arrange for local shipment delivery.
  • Handle air and sea shipment booking with freight forwarders.
  • Handle customers\' complaints and conduct investigations (if any)
  • Update and submit daily/monthly reports to customers.
  • Handle import and export permit declaration
  • Prepare simple draft logistics billings.
  • Handle ad-hoc task upon customer request (if any)
  • Other ad-hoc operation duties as assigned.
Requirement:
  • Minimum O\'level or related Certificate in Logistics Management
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in 3rd party logistics will be an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
