Location : Lorong 6 Toa Payoh
Position : Temp Customer Service Officer (3pax)
Contract period : 1 Apr 24 \xe2\x80\x93 30 Sep 24
- Temps working for periods of 3 months or more are entitled to benefits.
Monday to Friday excluding Public Holidays
Requirement : Diploma (\xe2\x89\xa43 years working experience) \xe2\x80\x93 Junior Executive - Hourly salary - $13 - $18/hr depending on relevant working experience.
8 hours per weekday, from 8.30am to 5.30pm (1 hour lunch break)
Monday to Friday excluding Public Holidays
The role of a Temporary Staff is to perform general administrative and duties to support the client\xe2\x80\x99s operations and be involved in frontline operations such as assisting our customers in their request for services and answering of telephone enquiries. A Temporary Staff will be required to fulfil other ad-hoc duties that are assigned by the client.
Requirements:
The temporary staff must:
(b) At least possess a Diploma education qualification (\xe2\x89\xa43 years working experience).
(c) Possess effective communication skills and good interpersonal skills. He/she must be IT-savvy and conversant with Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
(d) Possess good interpersonal and communication skills. He/She must also be patient and sensitive as they will be dealing with people of diverse backgrounds.
(f) Able to work effectively both independently and in teams.
