Customer Service Officer

Responsibilities:

Attending to walk in customers, customers by appointment, fixing/rescheduling appointments and answering to queries made Post of Sales System on issuing Invoices, Service Sheet and Customer Treatment book Responsible for submission of Outlet Reports (Operations, CRM, Marketing Dept) To achieve targeted customer visit rate Other duties as assigned by the Branch Manager from time to time
