Customer Service Officer \xe2\x80\x93 Outram Road ( 5 day) - handle and manage customers\xe2\x80\x99 feedback and complaints - responsible to upkeep the service level to ensure service excellence delivery to both internal / external customers & partners - responsible for front office & back \xe2\x80\x93office duties which includes customers enquiries, quotation, order processing & fulfilment -tracks & assists in collection of outstanding payments - diploma level & above with 3 -4 years of experience in servcie \xe2\x80\x93 related industry can start work immediately is an advantage - Basic salary : S$ 2400 \xe2\x80\x93 S$ 2800 neg
