We are seeking a warm, well-presented, and articulate individual to be the face of our beauty salon. You will attend to walk-in customers with friendliness and poise, ensuring every guest feels comfortable and cared for. In addition, you will manage customer enquiries across online and phone channels with prompt, accurate, and thoughtful communication. Your professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine warmth will uphold the premium experience our brand is known for.
Key Responsibilities:
Uphold the company's tone of voice and service standards
Attend to, and engage with walk-in customers, ensuring a pleasant & comfortable experience
Manage customer enquiries across all communication channels in a timely, professional manner
Follow up on customer inquiries/appointments and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure smooth resolution/service flow
Relay customer feedback, and support internal communication flow to ensure consistency and alignment across the company
Requirements:
Proficient in English & Mandarin, with the ability to communicate professionally while maintaining a warm, customer-centric tone.
Reliable, responsive, and committed to delivering a high standard of service
Able to work independently, and multitask efficiently
Prior experience in customer service is an advantage
* Familiarity with or interest in the beauty and wellness industry is a plus
