Support daily customer service , including complaints (enquiries, calls, emails)
Update and submit daily/monthly reports to customers
Prepare simple draft logistics billings
Handle ad-hoc task upon customer request (if any)
Other ad-hoc operation duties as assigned.
Requirements :
Minimum GCE "O" Level
Able to multi-task, prioritize and time management
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Entry-level / Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!
