As a Customer Care Executive cum Receptionist your role will entail addressing customer inquiries, welcoming clients, and delivering exceptional service. Adecco is collaborating with one of the global manufacturers of instruments and advanced technological gadgets. They are looking for Customer Care Executive cum Receptionist to join their team! The Talent:

• Minimum of two years of experience in customer service and reception roles is required.
• We are looking for a strong team player with a positive attitude, a service-oriented mindset, and a willingness to learn new skills.
• Competency in Excel and PowerPoint is necessary, and a pleasant and vibrant personality is preferred.

The Job:

• Welcome and guide clients, visitors, and guests upon their arrival.
• Manage incoming phone calls, take messages, and schedule appointments.
• Oversee the handling of mail, packages, and deliveries.
• Keep the pantry and stationery supplies well-maintained.
• Arrange and tidy up meeting rooms.
• Assist walk-in customers and ensure follow-up on repair-related emails.
• Offer comprehensive administrative assistance and maintain records.
• Execute basic filing and clerical responsibilities.
• Address any other miscellaneous tasks as required.
