• Tuas Link (Walking distance from MRT)
• 5 days (8am-5.30pm / 8.30am-6pm)
• Performance Bonus

Responsibilities:

• Strategically develop and execute sales plans to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Lead and mentor the CS team towards achieving business goals.
• Stay updated on product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers.
• Generate delivery orders and invoices for clients.
• Follow up diligently to ensure adherence to credit terms by clients.
• Manage customer orders and communicate requirements to internal stakeholders (Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, Quality Assurance, Logistics, Product Development)
• Analyze customer order history, monitor repeat orders, take actions to understand situation and alert the Sales Director /Senior BD Executive on follow-up actions.

Requirements:

• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Good team player, excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail in addition to interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Self-driven, commercial, independent, and self-motivated and able to work well in a team environment.
• Experience in handling customer orders (invoice, DO, PO) and coordinating with production and delivery teams.
• Adaptability to a fast-paced and changing work environment.
• Bachelor\'s Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
