Working Location: Seletar Airport Working Hours: 8am to 8pm Salary up to $2000 per month Job Scope: Handle all customer enquiries either face to face or through telephone at the counter Assisting passengers in general wayfinding Handling & administering of lost & found items Administering of loan of amenities such as wheelchairs / baby stroller Provide basic frontline car park service such as answering car park enquiries, parking redemption, basic troubleshoot for the redemptions Provide Visitor Information on Singapore in regard to transport, accommodation, communication, places of interests Other ad-hoc duties Requirement: Possess a strong service aptitude and have a passion for providing good customer service Out-going personality, able to proactively engage passengers of diverse backgrounds, nationalities, age through active interaction Able to walk and stand for long hours Team player as well as to able to work independently Able to adapt in a fast-paced environment Thank you for your interest but only shortlisted applicants will be notified.
