Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Assist with providing solutions to inbound customer inquiries through effective problem solving and decision making Develop and apply thorough knowledge of practices and procedures to accomplish team goals Consistently achieve individual and team performance targets under little to no direct supervision
Job Requirements

Proficient in Microsoft Office Effective verbal and written communication skills Proven ability to work under limited supervision and seek out advancement opportunities Proven ability to creatively solve problems
Who can Apply :

GCE N Level + 2 years' working experience (without NITEC or Higher NITEC)

GCE N Level + NITEC or Higher NITEC (fresh graduate) GCE O Level (fresh graduate) GCE A Levels Fresh Polytechnic Diploma holder Fresh Degree holder Experienced (> 2 years)
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Up to $3,700.00 per month
