Job Description

Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately. Answering incoming phone calls from customers and make appointment for customers. Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories, giving instructions. Maintains security by following procedures, monitoring logbook, issuing visitor badges. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role is preferred. Experience handling multiple phonelines. Professional attitude and neat appearance. Strong customer service skills. Effective interpersonal skills, friendly with positive mindset. Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise. Able to commit to work on weekends and public holidays. * Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
